Propel was founded in 2015 by PLM, QMS, high-tech manufacturing, and cloud technology veterans. Ray is a SaaS veteran with 20+ years of PLM, development and product launch experience in both hardware and enterprise software organizations. Ray has held multiple executive positions at companies such as Agile Software, Apttus, Vendavo and Centric Software.
Fun Fact: Ray volunteers about two weeks a year with organizations like the American Diabetes Association, Family Giving Tree and Second Harvest Food Bank.
Brian brings over a decade of experience with PLM, supply chain and SaaS companies. Before Propel, Brian was General Manager and EVP of Products at Equilar, and has held multiple leadership roles at Oracle and E2Open.
Fun Fact: Brian enjoys diving with great white sharks.
Ron has deep experience as a technical and innovation thought leader, including 10+ years of experience as a Salesforce architect, evangelist and program manager. Prior to Propel, Ron was the principal architect at Kenandy, building the next generation of ERP on the Salesforce platform.
Fun Fact: Ron is a licensed private pilot glider.
Dario is a senior marketing and operations executive with 10+ years of venture-backed SaaS experience. He has held roles in enterprise and small business marketing at Manta, Switchfly, Yahoo! and American Express.
Fun Fact: He grew up in the United States and Italy.
CJ joins Propel from Electric Cloud, where he was the CEO before their acquisition by CloudBees. He has held senior roles as CFO, COO, and CEO for several public and private enterprise software companies such as Paradata, Blekko (acquired by IBM Watson), Computer Access Technology Corp (acquired by LeCroy Corp), and Centric Software. He has led over $750 million in financial transactions during his career.
Fun Fact: His favorite band is the Smiths and he still listens to at least one Smiths song every day.
Kishore hails from Google, where he was a Sr. Software Engineer. At Google, he most recently worked on a Java/Kotlin library for the Google Assistant and led key areas for the Files Go Android App and Google Web Designer. His previous experience includes senior engineering roles at Motorola Mobility, JackBe and Agile Software.
Fun Fact: Kishore led the team that built Agile PLM's first web-based user interface.
Bill joins Propel after a long career building winning teams with great culture. His teams have grown businesses from early startup stage to revenues of well over $35,000,000. All while intensely focused on the customer.
Fun Fact: Bill coached his two daughters in Woman's Rugby where their team won the National High School championship in 2014.
Miguel has successfully launched new products at companies like Apttus, Oracle, CA/Niku and i2. He brings over two decades of experience as a marketing executive in product marketing, corporate marketing and sales enablement.
Fun Fact: If you unscramble Miguel’s full name, it's "I'm gruesome talent."
September has worked with PLM customers for over 20 years in high-tech electronics, medical device, semi-conductor and consumer electronics. She has personally implemented over 400 customers with four different PLM products. She is excited to be working with the Salesforce Platform where finally she has the flexibility to design solutions for the "one unique use-case" that each customer has.
Fun Fact: September loves to go on adventures and spent a year traveling around the world with her husband and kids.
Kevin has been building successful solution consulting teams for over 25 years. His roots are in engineering and product design solutions. He helped grow PTC from a startup to $1.2B in revenue, and joined Agile/Oracle through the acquisition of Eigner. Kevin spent the last 10 years in the big data space with Endeca and Oracle bringing a strong perspective around data driven decision making to Propel.
Fun Fact: In his freshman year, Kevin made 10 parachute jumps landing in the trees twice. He quickly took up more down-to-earth hobbies like sailing and scuba diving.
Mary has been in the software industry for over 20 years. She was Global Head of Customer Success and Sales at BoardVantage. BoardVantage specialized in providing secure collaboration and paperless board book software to Boards of Directors and Leadership teams. She grew the customer base to over 2,000 customers globally prior to being sold in 2015 to Nasdaq. Mary has held various marketing and sales leadership roles at Veeva, Nasdaq, Interwoven and Genesys.
Fun Fact: Mary spent her early childhood in the Seychelles, when she left she spent time in MA where her love of the New England sports teams began.
